At ZELIQ, we offer 3 distinct plans:

  • FREE: Offers individual access to 5 credits per month (limited to 6 months);

  • STARTER: This individual plan offers 25 credits per month;

  • CUSTOM: This is a personalized plan with a minimum of 2 licenses to benefit from a team workspace in which there are 3 different user levels: "Admin", "Manager", and "User".

Each plan offers different functionalities. This article aims to show you how the platform works according to plan and user level.

1. FREE Plan

Without any purchase decision on your part, the FREE plan is activated by default for users who have chosen to test the ZELIQ platform for free ("Sign up for free" button on the website) after the first 2 weeks of use. πŸ™‚

This individual plan offers 5 credits per month to the user over a maximum period of 6 months.

It enables users to:

  • Identify prospects from ZELIQ's rich database of over 450 million data! πŸ” ;

  • Add prospects to their list from LinkedIn via the ZELIQ extension πŸ‘₯ ;

  • Import prospects into ZELIQ via a CSV file that must necessarily contain: the prospect's surname, first name, and company πŸ›¬ ;

  • Enrich data about prospects from ZELIQ or LinkedIn ✨ ;

  • Create and send prospect contact sequences πŸ“§.

For your information, credits can be deducted in 2 ways:

  • By enriching a prospect's telephone details (N.B.: Enriching prospects' e-mail addresses is unlimited and does not deduct any credits);

  • By unlocking an analysis of your prospect's personality. ✨

2. STARTER Plan

The STARTER plan is an individual plan that offers the user 25 credits per month with no time limit. The user has the option of adding credits by pack, according to their needs.

It's ideal for self-employed entrepreneurs or companies with just one person in charge of sales. It allows users to optimize their time and performance by working on an all-in-one platform! 🦾

The STARTER plan enables users to :

  • Identify prospects from ZELIQ's rich database of over 450 million data! πŸ” ;

  • Add prospects to their list from LinkedIn via the ZELIQ extension πŸ‘₯ ;

  • Import prospects into ZELIQ via a CSV file that must necessarily contain: the prospect's surname, first name, and company πŸ›¬ ;

  • Enrich data about prospects from ZELIQ or LinkedIn ✨ ;

  • Create and send prospect contact sequences πŸ“§ ;

  • Synchronize your CRM with ZELIQ for shared and updated data/activities ␖ ;

  • Synchronize its Dialer (Aricall or Ringover) to avoid users juggling between different tools ;

  • Analyze sequence KPIs to adjust strategy based on results πŸ“ˆ ;

  • Manage sales tasks πŸš€.

3. CUSTOM Plan

The CUSTOM plan is ideal for companies with at least two people working together on the commercial side.

It offers a true all-in-one workspace for teams with all the functionality needed for:

  • Prospect research πŸ‘₯ ;

  • Data enrichment ✨ ;

  • Task management πŸ—“οΈ ;

  • The creation of automated multi-channel sequences πŸš€.

The CUSTOM plan also lets you define roles in your space to frame your strategies and everyone's actions.

a. "Admin" Role

This is the platform's highest level of access.

"Admins" have access to everything to do with ZELIQ configuration - integrations, user roles, domain parameters - and to all the functionalities available in the platform - consultation of individual and collective dashboards, my organisation leads, creation of sequences and templates ... -.

b. "Manager" Role

This is the platform's intermediate access level.

"Managers" do not have access to the ZELIQ configuration, but to all the functionalities available in the platform - consultation of individual and collective dashboards, organization prospects, creation of sequences and templates, etc. -.

c. "User" Role

This is the lowest level of access on the platform.

The user can:

  • Access individual statistics πŸ“ˆ ;

  • Add prospects to their list from ZELIQ or LinkedIn πŸ‘₯ ;

  • Manage and carry out prospecting tasks πŸ—“οΈ ;

  • Add his prospects to existing sequences (created by his Manager or Admin) πŸš€ .

The main difference with the other two user levels lies mainly in:

  • Not having access to leads from the entire organization;

  • Not being able to create sequences;

  • Not being able to import CSV files.
