  • 📩 Emails: Send individual proposals, follow up with contacts, and track the history of exchanges.

  • 📞 Calls: Schedule cold calls, follow-ups with prospects, conduct discovery calls and close deals.

🗂️ How to manage your tasks effectively in ZELIQ?

Understand the task tab

When you click on the “Tasks” tab in the ZELIQ menu, the oldest task you haven't completed is displayed full-screen.

The screen is divided into 2 parts:

  1. On the left, you'll find comprehensive details about your lead:

    • AI Personality: The personality profile of your lead, generated by AI if you have enriched it.

    • Favorite Note: Any favorite notes you have taken regarding the lead.

    • Activities: A history of all activities, interactions, and status updates related to your lead.

  2. On the right, you'll find the action section:

    • Call Window: Add your pitch or note templates to enhance efficiency during your calls.

    • Email Window: Send emails directly from ZELIQ to your lead.

Manage your tasks

In the upper right corner of the window, you can:

  • Click on the "Tasks" button to have an overview of all the pending or upcoming tasks

🗑️ Click on the bin icon to delete the task

📆 Click on the calendar to reschedule the task

➡️ Click on the arrow to launch the task full-screen

  • Click on the "Snooze" button to reschedule your full-screen task

  • Click on the "Done" button to finish your task

  1. Take notes

  2. Change your lead's status

  3. Unassign the lead if not interested or schedule a follow-up task

  4. Confirm and end the task.
