This article will show you how to create tasks in ZELIQ.

Task management in ZELIQ allows you to organize your follow-up so that you never miss an opportunity. Here's how to create a task efficiently.

Types of tasks available

  • 📩 Emails: Send individual proposals, follow up with contacts, and track the history of exchanges.

  • 📞 Calls: Schedule cold calls, follow-ups with prospects, conduct discovery calls, and close deals.

Create a task for one lead from ZELIQ

From "All leads" or "My leads":

  1. Click on the leads First name & Last name to open the side panel

  2. In the side panel, in "Quick Actions", click on the calendar icon to schedule a task.

3. Configure your task and click on "Schedule"

4. Access your tasks on the "Tasks" Tab

Create a task for one lead from LinkedIn Extension

After downloading the LinkedIn Extension on the Chrome Store :

  1. Go on a lead's LinkedIn profile page

  2. Open ZELIQ extension

  3. Assign the lead to you or your colleague (if not already done)

  4. In the extension, in "Quick Actions", click on the calendar icon to schedule a task.

5. Configure your task and click on "Schedule"

6. Access your tasks on the "Tasks" Tab in ZELIQ

Create tasks for multiple leads from ZELIQ

From "All leads" or "My leads":

  1. Select multiple leads

  2. In the green "floating bar" click on "Add a task"

3. Configure your task and click on "Schedule"

4. Access your tasks on the "Tasks" Tab in ZELIQ

Tip

Using tasks allows you to organize your follow-up and automate certain reminders. Remember to consult them regularly to optimize your prospecting.
