How to Make a Call Using Ringover or Aircall from ZELIQ

In this article, we’ll guide you step by step on how to make a call directly from ZELIQ using your Ringover or Aircall integration. With these integrations, you can streamline your communication and manage calls seamlessly from within the ZELIQ platform. 🤩

1️⃣ Ensure Integration is Enabled

Before making a call, ensure that your Ringover or Aircall account is properly connected to ZELIQ. Here’s how to do it:

  • Ringover Integration: Ensure your Ringover account is linked to ZELIQ. If not, you can go to your ZELIQ settings under "Integrations" and follow the prompts to connect Ringover.

  • Aircall Integration: Similar to Ringover, make sure your Aircall account is connected via the "Integrations" tab in ZELIQ.

💡You need to be the Admin of your Ringover's or Aircall's account to be able to integrate it to ZELIQ.

2️⃣ Access Your Lead in ZELIQ & Initiate the Call

Once the integration is set up, 🥳 these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Leads list.

  2. Click on the lead you want to call. This will bring up the side on the right-hand side of your screen.

  3. Click on the Phone Icon: On the contact’s side panel, you will see a phone icon.

4. You will be then directed to the lead's overview page and the call will then be initiated directly from ZELIQ via your chosen service. 🎉

💡 You can insert, and add a note template by clicking on "+ Add a note" at the bottom of the tab.

3️⃣ Manage Your Call

During or after the call, you can:

  • Send a follow-up email.

  • Add notes about the call to the lead's profile.

  • Update the status of the lead.

  • Schedule follow-up actions such as emails or additional calls.

  • Record the call (depending on the features available in your Ringover or Aircall account).
