Guide to integrate Ringover to make and receive calls

Hey ZELIQ’s champion, integrating Ringover with ZELIQ is a real asset since it allows you to:

  • Dials with your lead. Indeed, without Ringover, you won’t be able to communicate with your leads via dials from ZELIQ.

  • Gather dial activities directly in ZELIQ. These activities include call records for incoming/outgoing connected, and disconnected dials.

  • Track your performance. Thanks to your dials activities, you can follow your performance over a while.

Well, three excellent reasons to integrate Ringover with ZELIQ. No worries, you just need to follow the steps below.

Requirements to integrate Ringover

  • You have a Ringover account.

  • You are the administrator of your Ringover account.

1️⃣ Go to ZELIQ’s integration settings page

➡️ From anywhere in ZELIQ, click on your account’s button, and then click on “Settings”

➡️ Click on “Integrations”

➡️ Click on “Connect” on Ringover line

2️⃣ Connect to Ringover

🚨 To integrate Ringover within ZELIQ we need an API Key that is available in your Ringover’s account. This key allows us to determine if the call came from Ringover

  1. Connect to your Ringover account here

  2. Click on this link to navigate to the webhook page, then click on this link to learn how to generate the API Key

  3. Copy the API Key in the webhook page

  4. Paste the API in the input below

Link webhooks

In order to receive dials’ events from Ringover, ZELIQ needs you to copy and paste the 4 links below into Ringover’s webhook page.

Steps to follow (1st link) :

  1. Copy the “call ringing” link below

  2. On the webhook page, paste the “call ringing” link into the call ringing input (or “Appels qui sonnent” in French)

Steps to follow (2nd link) :

  1. Copy the “call answered” link below

  2. On the webhook page, paste the “call answered” link into the “call answered” input (or “Appels décrochés” in french)

Steps to follow (3rd link) :

  1. Copy the “Call hangup” link below

  2. On the webhook page, paste the “call answered” link into the “call answered” input (or “Appels raccroché” in French)

Steps to follow (4th link) :

  1. Copy the “Call missed” link below

  2. Click on this link to navigate to Ringover’s webhook page

  3. On the webhook page, paste the “Call missed” link into the “call answered” input (or “Appels manqués” in French)
