To import data into your ZELIQ environment you have 4 options:
Add a contact, which means adding a lead manually, 1 by 1 ;
Add a company, which means adding a company manually, 1 by 1 ;
Import from CRM, which means from the CRM you have integrated with ZELIQ ;
Import from CSV, which means from a CSV file that you have available.
In this article, we will show you how to add a contact, add a company and import leads from CSV files.
⚠️ Your CSV File must contain the following information:
Contact Name;
Contact Lastname;
Company Name.
CSV import is available via :
- The "All Leads" tab when you are in the enterprise plan;
- "My leads" tab when you are in a free /starter plan.
👤 Add A Contact
From "All Leads" Tab, click on "+" in the upper right corner of your window, then "Add a contact".
You then need to fill in the following information and assign the contact:
And click on "Create"
🏦 Add A Company
From "All Leads" Tab, click on "+" in the upper right corner of your window, then "Add a company".
You then need to fill in the following information and assign the company:
And click on "Create"
💻 Import A CSV File
1. Click on "+" then select Import from CSV
2. Select your file
3. Check or modify the column titles
4. Map the columns
This step allows you to indicate which ZELIQ field corresponds to the field in your file.
On the left are the fields mentioned in your file in the column title, on the right are the ZELIQ fields
If some fields from your columns do not appear, you can select them in the lower part of the screen.
In my example: I want the "custom field" of my file to be mapped.
I can select it and indicate which ZELIQ field to apply.
If no ZELIQ field is suitable, you can create one by choosing "Add as custom field"
If one of the mandatory fields is not filled in, then you will have an alert at the template field level.

5. Verification before import
This step allows you to confirm that everything is correct.
If cells are in error then they will be indicated by color and you can modify the file directly on this page
Once the data is enriched, you can export the file thanks to the custom offer.
You can repeat the same process to import companies from CSV files!
