In this article, you'll discover how to organize your leads' portfolios so that ZELIQ is no longer a secret to you. 🫵
🤓 In individual Plans (Starter & Free), the "All Leads" and "My Leads" Tabs are almost the same and contain the same leads. The only difference is that you'll be able to import leads from CSVs only from "All Leads".
👆 In Team Plans (Custom), the "All Leads" Tab is the list of all your organization leads, and the "My Leads" Tab is the list of leads assigned to you.

👁️ Create Views
- You can filter the views by native filters such as:
Filter name | Explanation | Utility |
Assigned users | Create a view to display leads based on the assigned users (you, one or more of your colleagues). | It's helpful to create a separate view for each assigned user and avoid mixing leads. |
Company location
Company country
Company industry
Department/ Business unit of the company | Create a view to display leads based on the company location/country/location/department. | Creating views based on location, country, industry or department helps you tailor your messaging to regional nuances and specific roles, improving the relevance and success of your prospecting efforts. |
Company name
| Create a view to display all the leads from the same company. | It helps streamline prospecting by allowing you to focus on specific accounts, track all interactions with each company, and prioritize outreach efforts more effectively. |
Company number of employees | Create a view a view by company size. | It helps prioritize prospects based on the scale of their business, allowing you to tailor your outreach to different market segments and focus on the companies that best match your ideal customer profile. It makes prospecting more efficient and strategic. |
Created at | Create a view by date or range date of import. | It helps you track and prioritize recent leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and preventing older leads from being overlooked during prospecting. |
Created by | Create a view to know who imported the leads. | It is particularly useful for team plans if you and your colleagues are importing leads from LinkedIn or CSV files at the same time. |
Decision maker | Create a view to only display leads that are "Decision Makers" in their company. | It's helpful to make sure you address the right people. |
Emails (empty or not empty)
Phones (empty or not empty) | Create a view with leads with or without emails/phones found. | Focus your efforts on leads with data. |
| Create a view depending on the mail checker. | Make sure you reach out to safe emails that won't impact your domain's health. |
| Organize your pipeline according to the lead scoring. | Creating views based on lead scoring helps you prioritize high-potential prospects, focusing your efforts on leads most likely to convert. |
Job title level | Create a view depending on the job title level of the leads (manager, junior, senior, c-level...). | It allows you to target decision-makers or specific roles, tailoring your outreach for more effective prospecting. |
Labels
| Create a view depending on the labels you attribute to leads. | It's more efficient to attribute labels to leads rather than importing new fields. Labels can be more precise than fields. |
Last interaction date | Create a view depending on the last interaction date (email or phone call) you had with the lead. | Creating views based on the last interaction date helps you stay on top of follow-ups, ensuring no lead goes cold or is overlooked. |
Lead location
Lead job title
| Create a view to display leads based on their location/country/job title. | Creating views based on location, country, or job title helps you tailor your messaging to regional nuances and specific roles, improving the relevance and success of your prospecting efforts. |
Source | Creating views based on lead source (CRM, LinkedIn, CSV, Search). | Creating views based on lead source allows you to track and prioritize leads from different channels, enabling more targeted follow-ups and optimized prospecting strategies. |
Source details | Creating views based on source details (CSV). | Source details will provide you the CSV file name. |
Creating views based on lead status (New, Hunting, Connected, Nurture SDR, Bad Timing, Meeting Booked, Disqualified) | Creating views based on lead status helps you stay organized by categorizing leads at different stages of the sales process, allowing for more focused and efficient follow-up actions. |
- Or filter with custom fields you would have imported thanks to your CRM synchronization or with CSV file import ("How to create custom fields" part).
🧐"AND" or "OR" criteria?
When applying multiple labels as filters:
Combining several labels within the same attribute implies Label 1 OR Label 2 (e.g., in the screenshot below, Asset Manager Paris OR Event Annecy).
Using two different attributes means Label 1 AND Label 2 (e.g., in the screenshot below, Asset Manager AND Event Annecy).
The views are available from the "All Leads" or "My Leads" tabs.
➡️ Click on Views
➡️ Click on filters (1), choose the filter to apply (2), and indicate their value (3)
➡️ Click on "Create view" (4) and name it
💡 Our views are "dynamic", i.e., updated as soon as the filter criterion no longer corresponds to the prospect.
For example, if you create a "Status: New" view and change the prospect's status (to "connected", for example), the prospect will exit the "Status: New" view.
On the other hand, the lead's source cannot be modified. So archiving a lead from a view means archiving the prospect from the entire ZELIQ space. We recommend you work with Labels for more flexibility.
🏷️ Allocate Labels
You can use Labels if ZELIQ's pre-set filters do not match your needs. For example, if you want to flag and create a view for all the leads you met during an event, you can use Labels to identify them more easily.
➡️ First, display the "Labels" column within "All Leads" or "My Leads" by clicking on "..." on the upper right corner of your screen.
➡️ Check the box "Labels" to display it on your Table View.
➡️ Then you can create a label individually:
OR in bulk by selecting several prospects and clicking on "Edit in bulk" :
🚨 Don't forget to save your labels once created!
➡️ Once done, you can create a view by filtering your table by Labels and create a sequence way faster by selecting all the leads in your view! 🎉
