Discover how to connect your Salesforce CRM with ZELIQ

Updated over a month ago

In this article, we will show you how to set up and synchronize your Salesforce account with ZELIQ.

Now, you can combine the power of ZELIQ with your CRM to avoid back-and-forth between the two platforms.

ZELIQ enriches your Salesforce database with valuable information related to your campaigns.

Depending on your configuration, you will be able to:

🚀 Import new leads into your CRM, regardless of the source of import in ZELIQ: CSV, LinkedIn extension, manual addition, etc.

🌟 Automatically update your prospects' data in your CRM with verified information from ZELIQ.

⚡️ Import prospects from Salesforce to ZELIQ for enrichment or prospecting.

✨ Let's get started!

🔎 If you are on the Free plan, please note that only "push" functionality is available, meaning you can share information from ZELIQ to Salesforce, but not the other way around or bidirectional.

🕵️‍♀️ Pre-connection Information

Before starting the connection, it is necessary to ensure that you have the required permissions:**

- If you are an Administrator of your Salesforce account, you already have the necessary permissions.

- If you are not an administrator of your Salesforce account, please contact your administrator to have the following permissions assigned to your account:

👉 Manage Profiles and Permission Sets

👉 Customize Application

👉 Modify Metadata Through Metadata API Functions
