Discover how to connect your Pipedrive CRM with ZELIQ

In this article, we will show you how to set up and synchronize your Pipedrive account with ZELIQ.

Now, you can combine the power of ZELIQ with your CRM to avoid back-and-forth between the two platforms.

ZELIQ enriches your Pipedrive database with valuable information related to your campaigns.

Depending on your configuration, you will be able to:

🔎 If you are on the Free plan, please note that only "push" functionality is available, meaning you can share information from ZELIQ to Pipedrive, but not the other way around or bidirectional.

🕵️‍♀️ Pre-connection Information

Before starting the connection, it is necessary to ensure that you have the required permissions:

- If you are an Administrator of your Pipedrive account, you already have the necessary permissions.

- If you are not an administrator of your Pipedrive account, please contact your administrator to have the following permissions assigned to your account:

👉 Manage Profiles and Permission Sets

👉 Customize Application

👉 Modify Metadata Through Metadata API Functions

🔗 Connecting Pipedrive to ZELIQ

➡️ Click on "Add integration" or on "Settings" at the bottom left of the screen, then on "Integrations".

➡️ Next, select the Pipedrive CRM via the "Connect" button.

➡️ Enter your Pipedrive credentials.

➡️ Rename your account with your company name and click on "Next".

➡️ Authorize ZELIQ to connect to your Pipedrive account.

🟢 The green indicator confirms that the account is connected.

➡️ Select contacts' and organizations' fields.

➡️ Map your synchronization (eg. matching between ZELIQ and Pipedrive fields)

  1. Choose the synchronization direction:

    1. Bi-directional

    2. Pull only (from Pipedrive to ZELIQ)

    3. Push only (from ZELIQ to Pipedrive)

  2. Take some time to map your synchronization! 👇

🚨Important: When mapping the company field (in Contacts Tab), ensure that ZELIQ's "Company" is mapped to Pipedrive's "Organization." Check the box labeled "This field is an ID referencing another entity (e.g., companyId)."

Below this box, select "company" in the "Entity" dropdown and "ID" in the "Field" dropdown.

➡️ Click on "Finish" once the mapping matches with your needs.

➡️ The synchronization could take some minutes to be live.
