Add a label to your leads

Labels allow you to organize and segment your prospects for better follow-up. Here's how to create and manage them.

In Zeliq, labels serve as a powerful feature for organizing and categorizing your leads, complementary to attributes. By applying labels, you can create precise views that help you manage your leads more effectively. 🚀

💡 Display the "Label" column in "All leads" or "My leads" tabs.

Add a label to leads one by one

1️⃣ Go to "All leads" or “My leads” tab.

2️⃣ Click on the name of your lead to open the side panel.

3️⃣ On the "Attributes" section, click ">" to open all the attributes.

4️⃣ Find the "Label" field and either select an existing label or create a new one to apply to your lead.

Apply a label to multiple leads simultaneously

1️⃣ Go to "All leads" or “My leads” tab.

2️⃣ Select the leads to which you want to apply the label.

3️⃣ On the green floating bar, click on "Edit in bulk" then choose "Label".

4️⃣ Either select an existing label or create a new one to apply to your lead.

5️⃣ Click on "Edit"

1️⃣ Go to your lead's LinkedIn profile.

2️⃣ Click on the Zeliq logo to open the side panel.

3️⃣ On the "Attributes" section, click ">" to open all the attributes.

4️⃣ Find the "Label" field and either select an existing label or create a new one to apply to your lead.

Managing existing labels

Once you've created labels in Zeliq, here's what you need to know about managing them:

Can I rename or edit a label?

Labels cannot be edited or renamed after creation. If you need a different label name, simply create a new label and manually assign it to your leads.

Can I delete a label?

No, labels cannot be deleted from your label list once they've been created.

Is there a limit to the number of labels I can create?

There's no limit! Create as many labels as you need to organize your prospecting effectively. 🎯

Can I remove a label from a lead?

Yes, you can manually remove a label from any lead at any time. You can then assign a different label if needed.


What if I no longer want to use a label?

If you stop using a label, you'll need to manually remove it from each lead it's been assigned to. While the label will remain in your label list, you can simply stop using it for new leads.

📌 Tip

Using labels lets you easily sort your prospects by category (interest, status, sector, etc.) and makes your prospecting more fluid. You can combine this with views! 😊
