On ZELIQ, you can manually edit a prospect's attributes to ensure data accuracy and optimize your prospecting actions.

🫵 Purpose of editing a prospect's attributes

You can manually edit your prospect's attributes for:

  • Data Accuracy: Correct incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Personalization: Add specific notes to tailor your sales approaches, like your personalized variables content.

📃 Attributes that can be edited on ZELIQ

  • Contact Information: phones, emails.

N.B: You can also add another phone number or email address of your lead by clicking "+Add", in the upper right corner of the phone/email field.

  • Global information: first name, last name, LinkedIn URL, name, title, labels, country, location, gender.

  • Operational information: assign user, created by, source, created at, updated at, updated by.

  • Enrichment: enrichment phones, enrichment emails, enrichment LinkedIn URL, enrichment title, enrichment location, enrichment country, and date.

  • History: created at, created by, source, source details, last interaction date, last interaction type, updated at, duplicate ID, duplicate date, updated by.

  • Company: location, country, industry, employee number.

  • Custom properties: name.

📌 How to manually edit a prospect attributes?

Step 1: Access the all leads/my leads

  1. Log into your ZELIQ account.

  2. In the main menu, click on "All leads" or "My leads".

3. If needed, search for the prospect name to edit using the search bar or filters

Step 2: Edit lead information

  1. Click on the prospect's name to open the side panel (e.g information bar)

  2. In the "Attributes" part of the side panel, click on the ">" button to open all the information about your prospect.

3. Edit the necessary fields:

  • Correct contact information (name, email, phone number).

  • Update professional details (job title, company).

4. Click on "Save" to record the changes.
