Enriched data notification

Find out how to identify new data identified by ZELIQ

Understanding the ZELIQ alerting system during enrichment

When you try to enrich data (email, phone number) via ZELIQ, it may not be found immediately.

👉 Don't worry: if the enrichment cascade doesn't find the data on the first request, it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist, or that ZELIQ is unable to find it.

We explain it all in this article!

What is the ZELIQ alerting system?

At ZELIQ, we've set up an intelligent alert system called Alerting System.

It enables you to be notified automatically when a piece of data, initially missing during enrichment, is subsequently found.

So even if a piece of information isn't available right away, it can come up later thanks to our continuous enrichment cascade. ✨

ZELIQ Enrichment waterfall

To maximize the chances of finding the right information, we use specialized suppliers such as Datagma, People Data Labs, and others, enabling a cascading enrichment.

This approach guarantees:

✅ Optimized data quality

The best enrichment rate on the market

✅ Always up-to-date data

Use the alerting system

Even if data is not found immediately, it is neither lost nor unavailable. It's simply waiting to be updated.

ZELIQ regularly updates provider databases, and if the data is found, you'll receive a notification:

  • On home page

  • On “My leads" or "All leads"

  • Or via a visual alert (a blue “New data available” text) under the first and last name of the lead concerned.

You can then restart enrichment with a single click.

Credits use

When you enrich a lead and no data is found :

💰 You are not charged.

If the email or phone number is not found, the credit(s) are automatically refunded.

In a nutshell

ZELIQ continues to search even after an initial enrichment failure. Thanks to the alerting system, you'll never miss out on strategic data. 🦾
