🤖 Data providers

With Zeliq’s enrichment feature, you can now track the waterfall process in real-time.

The enrichment speed depends on which provider in our waterfall can locate the information you need, such as an email address or phone number. While some enrichments happen quickly, others may take a bit longer. To ensure full transparency, we now display the progression of the waterfall process live, giving you clear visibility every step of the way.

When you launch an enrichment, simply hover over the relevant cell to view the waterfall’s progress.

For email enrichment, if a result is found, you’ll see the “verifying” step while our debounce process runs. If the email is valid, we’ll display the result. If not, the waterfall continues until a valid result is located.

If no results are found, we now provide clearer feedback, along with a retry option. The retry includes the date of your last attempt, helping you decide whether it’s worth trying to enrich the lead again.

✅ Email Verification System

Through Zeliq enrichment, we provide you with only verified email addresses, meaning these emails have been confirmed as valid and active. This means the email address actually exists and the associated inbox can receive emails.

✨ Enrich an imported lead from Search, CSV, or Hubspot

From the lead list, simply select the checkbox next to the lead's name to reveal the action box.
Click on "Enrich."
Then, choose whether to enrich the phone, a verified email, or both.

In the lead info section:

Click on the lead's name to open up the side panel.
Inside the side panel, just click on the enrichment icon for the phone and/or email, depending on what you need.

Go to the person's profile and open the Zeliq Extension.
Then, click on the enrichment icon.

How it works

Asynchronous enrichment (recommended)

Send your enrichment request with a callback_url
Receive an immediate response with a jobId
Wait for the callback - enrichment can take from a few seconds to 2 hours
Get enriched data sent to your callback URL when ready

💡 Pro tip: Include your own identifier in the callback URL (e.g., ?contactId=123) to match results with your database records.

Synchronous enrichment

If you omit the callback_url, the API will wait and return results directly. Note that this can take up to 2 hours, depending on provider availability.
