๐กWhat are ZELIQ credits?
ZELIQ credits are the "currency" you use to buy different data points and actions within ZELIQ. ๐
Most actions in ZELIQ are either free or cost credits. However, some data points, like mobile phone numbers, are a bit harder to find and therefore more expensive.
Here is our credit policy:
"Email address" starts at 1 credit
"AI Personality Generator" will cost you 5 credits
"Mobile Phone Number" costs 10 credits
๐ทโโ๏ธ How does it work?
Before initiating an enrichment, make sure you have enough credits. If you don't have enough credits, the operation will not start.
Once you know you have enough credits, you can launch the enrichment request. At first, the credits will be deducted.
๐ค ZELIQ follows a strict policy regarding the refund of enrichment credits:
- No refunds are given for successfully delivered data.
- Refunds are still available for cases where data is found but false.

๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธTrack Your Enrichment History
You can track your enrichment history easily, directly within Zeliq.
You can just navigate to the Manager Dashboard (accessible for Custom plans only) within your Zeliq account and open the Credits Section to monitor your credit usage history.
First, click on the "โ" in the bottom right corner to keep track of enrichment progress.
Second, click on Data Health to get an overview of your enrichment data.
๐ง Where do I see the number of credits remaining?
You'll find the number of credits remaining in the bottom left corner of your Zeliq workspace.
๐ฐ Which actions cost credits (or are free)?
We only charge credits for enrichment data requests: email, AI personality generator, and phone.
๐ก If you obtain multiple phone numbers for the same lead, you will only be charged one credit, as these numbers are related to a single lead.
Depending on your plan, you'll have access to the rest of the features for free!!
