How it works
The enrichment hub has been created to enrich mass lead data with a high enrichment rate, no matter how long it takes.
There are 6 different steps:
1. Enrichment type
Select your enrichment type: phone only, email only, or both.
2. Select the source
Contacts in ZELIQ
→ Select as many leads as you want in your workspace
→ Review the one to exclude if needed
→ Enrich them
.CSV or .xlsx file
→ Import your CSV File
💡Just like the CSV import, your file must contain:
Company Name
Lead First Name
Lead Last Name
😉 Tips: Boost your enrichment rate by providing the LinkedIn URL and Company Domain of your leads 💥
→ Map the fields (meaning which columns of your file correspond to ZELIQ columns).
To work, your file must have at least: company name, first name, and last name fields.
If you want to create a field in ZELIQ, you just need to click on the empty field, then "Add a new field" in the button of the list.
→ Remove invalid leads if needed. Click on "Submit contacts".
→ Review the leads and exclude some if needed. Click on "Continue".
3. Launch the enrichment
N.B.: You can use the platform during your enrichment.
4. Export or add leads to ZELIQ
Export leads
→ Click on "Export" in the upper right corner
→ Customize your export with:
The prospects you want to export:
All
Only those with verified email or phone data
Only those with verified email data
Only those with phone numbers found
Only those for which ZELIQ has not found any data
The columns you want to export:
All columns from the original file (the one you uploaded to ZELIQ when you imported it)
Specific columns: “Default” (main enriched information), ‘All’ (all available information), or “Custom” (check the columns you want to export individually).
You will receive your exports in the email address used to create your ZELIQ account!
Add leads to ZELIQ
→ Click on "Add to all leads"
→ Prospects will be listed in your “All leads” section.
In “All Prospects,” you can easily find prospects by filtering on the ‘Source’ attribute and then selecting “Enrichment Hub.”
For even greater precision, add the “Created on” attribute and select today's date!
📊 Performance
At the end of each enrichment, you will be able to view:
The enrichment status (1)
The number of enriched prospects (2)
The number of credits spent (3)
The enrichment rate
The quality of the data provided
FAQ
I don't have enough credits. Will my file be partially enriched?
If you don't have enough credits, your file will be partially enriched with your remaining credits!
You'll be able to flag them with the label "No Data Found" or "Missing Credits" or you can buy more credits to enrich your file completely.
Who can benefit from the Enrichment Hub?
Everyone can benefit from the Enrichment Hub feature as long as you have credits to enrich your file!
Can I only use the Enrichment Hub from a CSV Import?
For the moment, you can use the Enrichment Hub:
By importing a CSV or xlsx file;
By enriching in bulk leads from "All leads".
We are working to make it available from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or ZELIQ Search.
Is there an enrichment limit?
The limit to the Enrichment Hub is 10,000 leads/import.
Buy more credits
You can buy more credits directly from the Enrichment Hub page or just click on your Settings icon (bottom left corner of your ZELIQ Workspace) and click on "Upgrade Plan".
