  1. Go to a prospect's information panel from the ZELIQ platform by clicking on their first and last name.

  2. In the record, locate the “Enrich personality” section.

  3. Consult the recommendations (diagram, personality trait,s and tips on how to approach the prospect)

  4. Apply them in your messages, notes, strategies, call,s or follow-ups
