Easily purchase or adjust your ZELIQ credits directly from your Subscription Management page.
Whether you want to add more credits mid-cycle (upsell) or reduce your volume for the next cycle (downsell), just follow these simple steps. 👇
🔼 Upsell credits
Upselling allows you to purchase extra credits or upgrade to a higher plan immediately, with prorated billing.
📍 Where?
Go to Settings > Manage subscriptions from your ZELIQ account.
🛠️ Steps
Go to the "Credit Subscription" section.
Use the slider to select your new total number of monthly credits.
💡 Note: The slider shows the total desired volume, not the amount to add.
Example: If you're on a 2,500 credits/month plan and want to add 5,000 more, move the slider to 7,500 credits. You'll receive the difference (5,000 credits).A pop-up will appear with:
Your current plan and the new plan
The prorated cost
The next billing date
4. Review the details and click "Pay".
5. Your saved payment method will be charged, and your new credits will be available immediately.
🔽 Downsell credits
Downselling lets you lower your monthly credit volume. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
📍 Where?
Go to Settings > Manage subscriptions from your ZELIQ account..
🛠️ Steps
Go to the "Credit Subscription" section.
Select your new desired number of monthly credits.
A confirmation pop-up will show:
Your current and new credit volumes
The new pricing
The effective date (next renewal)
4. Click "Save"
💡 No refund or immediate adjustment is applied — your new plan starts with the next cycle.
🕒 Note: The downsell is not retroactive and does not interrupt your current cycle.
