In this article, we will show you how to import leads or companies from CSV files.
💡If you import contacts, your file must contain at least the following columns: company name, last name, and first name.
If you import companies, your file must contain at least the "Company name" column.
→ From the "My leads" or "All leads" tab, click on "+Add lead" in the upper right corner of your window
If you're in "My leads" type the contact or company name to make sure you won't create duplicates
Select the correct tab (e.g, "Contact" or "Company", depending on your need
→ Click on "+ Add lead" in the bottom left corner of the modal
→ Click "Import a contact" or "Import a company"
→ Select "File" in the "From file or CRM" section
→ Import your file
→ Map the columns
This step allows you to indicate which ZELIQ field corresponds to the field in your file. On the left are the fields mentioned in your file in the column title, on the right are the ZELIQ fields
If some fields in your file are not automatically mapped, click the empty box and select the correct destination field.
If the field doesn’t exist in ZELIQ, you can create it by selecting "Ajouter comme nouveau champ" at the bottom of the list.
→ Review selection: You can exclude leads from your CSV file if needed.
→ Import your leads 🎉

🤩 ZELIQ tips: to find your leads easily, combine the filters "Source → CSV" and "Source details → (name of your file)" to display the leads you just imported.
