How to assign a lead to you or your Teammates.

If you're collaborating with others on leads from the same organization, it's important to assign each lead. 👥 This ensures smooth communication and a consistent point of contact, preventing duplicate outreach efforts from different team members.

Assigning a lead also lets you send emails on behalf of your team via ZELIQ and manage relationships and opportunities efficiently using different statuses.💥

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to "Organization Leads."

  2. Check the box next to the lead you want to assign. You can select multiple leads if needed.

  3. In the toolbar, click "Assign" or "Assign & Add a Task" if you want to schedule an action.

  4. Enter the name of the person to whom you're assigning the lead.

To unassign a lead:

  1. Visit "My Leads."

  2. Check the box next to the lead you want to unassign.

  3. In the toolbar, click "Unassign."
