🍬 Introducing Call Steps: Add calls directly to your sequences

With call steps, you can now schedule and manage calls as part of your automated sequences.


Each call step creates a manual task — helping you stay on time, follow up at the right moment, and drive better results, without any extra admin.

1. Add the call step to your sequence

When creating the sequence, add the call step to the automated actions. Add leads, then launch the sequence.

2. Execute or skip the call step

Once your sequence is live, the steps run automatically.

When it’s time for the call, here’s what happens:

  1. A call task is generated in your ZELIQ Task Manager.

💡The task will appear either full screen or in the tasks list.

Full screen task

To complete the call:

  • Go to the Tasks tab

  • Click on the corresponding call task

  • After the call, mark the task as "Completed"
    → The sequence will automatically move to the next step (or end if it was the last step)

To skip the call:

  • In the Tasks view, select the call task

  • Click "Skip"
    → The sequence will jump to the next step (or end if it was the last one)
