Sequence overview

Why this filter?

When you have 10, 20, or 50 active sequences, finding the ones that need your attention takes time. The status filter lets you:

Quickly identify sequences with errors
Spot leads waiting for review
Isolate your drafts
See only your active or completed sequences

The 5 available statuses

Each sequence can have one or more statuses based on the state of your leads:

🟢 Active

The sequence is running. At least one lead is progressing (in progress, scheduled, waiting for next step).

🟠 Leads to review

At least one lead is waiting for your approval before continuing. Review it to resume the sequence.

🔴 Leads with errors

At least one lead encountered an error. Fix the issue to restart the sequence.

✅ Done

The sequence is complete. All leads reached a final status (done or skipped).

🧱 Draft

The sequence has never been launched. No lead has been executed.

How to use filters

  1. Go to your Sequences page

  2. Click on the Filter by status, assignee, or creators dropdown (1)

  3. Select one or more statuses

🔎 Spot sequences with issues at a glance. Check the status indicators on the right. (2)

Combine multiple filters

You can select multiple statuses at once. For example:

  • Error + Review → Shows all sequences requiring your intervention

  • Active + Draft → Shows your ongoing sequences and your drafts

Logic: If you select multiple statuses, you'll see all sequences matching at least one of the selected statuses.

Practical examples

Want to see only sequences with problems?
→ Select Error + Review

Want to find your unlaunched drafts?
→ Select Draft

Want to see what's currently active?
→ Select Active

Special cases: sequences with multiple statuses

A sequence can have multiple statuses simultaneously if your leads are in different states.

What it means

🟢 Active + 🟠 Review

Some leads are progressing, others are waiting for your review

🟢 Active + 🔴 Error

Some leads are progressing, others have errors

🟠 Review + 🔴 Error

No active leads, but leads to review and errors to fix

🟢 Active + 🟠 Review + 🔴 Error

Full case: active leads, leads to review, and errors at the same time

Best practices

  • Regularly check the "Error" filter to fix issues quickly

  • Use "Review" to validate pending leads

  • Filter "Draft" to find your unlaunched sequences

  • Combine filters to see exactly what needs your attention

Filter persistence

Your selections are saved automatically. When you leave the page and come back, your filters remain active.

You can also share a filtered link: the URL contains the applied filters, allowing you to share a specific view with your team.

Analyze your sequence in detail

Once you've identified the sequence to analyze, you can dive into the details to understand each lead's performance.

How to do it?

  1. Click on the sequence name to access the detailed view

  2. Use the "Select leads" section to filter and sort your leads by:

    • Assignee → Filter by the user responsible for the lead

    • Events → Filter by engagement (email opened, clicked, replied, etc.)

    • Step → See which lead is at which step in the sequence

    • Errors → Identify leads that need fixing

💡 Pro tips:

→ You can also use the table columns directly to sort by event without using filters.

→ Click on the "Donut" in the column "Sequence" to check the past and upcoming actions per lead.
