Whether it’s a bounced email or a blocked LinkedIn message because your lead has not accepted or refused your connection request, you can skip the step and ensure the rest of your sequence continues seamlessly.

  • They’re clearly marked with a "Skipped" tag and the date of the action.

Follow these simple steps to skip problematic actions in your sequence:

  1. Access the Sequence Drawer

    • Locate the donut icon representing the lead’s progress in the sequence.

    • Click the donut to open the sequence drawer and view the steps.

  2. Select and Skip

    • Identify the problematic step (e.g., a bounced email or blocked LinkedIn message).

    • Click on the step and choose the "Skip" option.

  3. Review Updates

    • The skipped step will now appear in the Past section, marked with a "Skipped" tag and date.

    • The sequence automatically moves on to the next step.
