Locate the donut icon representing the lead’s progress in the sequence.
Click the donut to open the sequence drawer and view the steps.
Select and Skip
Identify the problematic step (e.g., a bounced email or blocked LinkedIn message).
Click on the step and choose the "Skip" option.
Review Updates
The skipped step will now appear in the Past section, marked with a "Skipped" tag and date.
The sequence automatically moves on to the next step.
