Shows how to create views, use labels to gain efficiency creating sequences

Updated over a week ago

Do you have a lot of leads in your pipeline and you want to reorganize them? 🧐

ZELIQ got your back! This can be done thanks to views and/or labels!

👁️ Views

You can filter the views by native filters such as:

  • Assigned users

  • Company City

  • Company Country

  • Company industry

  • Company name

  • Company number of employees

  • Created at

  • Labels

  • Last interaction date

  • Source (Manual, CSV, LinkedIn, Search, CRM, Enrichment Hub)

  • Source Detail (Name of the imported file/list)

  • Lead Status

  • Lead Job Title

  • Lead Updated at

  • Lead City

  • Lead Country

  • Leadscoring Engagement Score

The views are available from the "Organisation Leads" or "My Leads" tabs.

  1. Click on Views

  1. Click on filters (1), choose the filter to apply (2), and indicate their value (3)

  2. Click on "Create view" (4) and name it

🏷️ Labels

You can use Labels if ZELIQ's pre-set filters do not match your needs. For example, if you want to flag and create a view for all the leads you met during an event, you can use Labels to identify them more easily.

  1. First, display the "Labels" column within "My organization Leads" or "My Leads" by clicking on "..." on the upper right corner of your screen.

2. Check the box "Labels" to display it on your Table View.

3. Then you can create a label individually:

OR in bulk by selecting several prospects and clicking on "Edit in bulk" :

🚨 Don't forget to save your labels once created!

4. Once done, you can create a view by filtering your table by Labels and launch a sequence selecting all the leads in your view! 🎉
